Offer for Artists

 

This is an offer for international artists to visit Struga for their artistic inspiration and creations.

 

Art Caffe Strtuag is a river view hotel situated on the bank of River Drim , in the centre of Struga .In its premises our hotel includes a Pizza-Restaurant and a private theater with 160 seats.Throughout the year the theatre has a private school for young actors. Also, Art caffe is a meeting place of the Struga Book Club which meets on weekly basis. In many years of service Art Caffe has hosted a number of artistic colonies for Art academies in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. 

Art caffe also can provide food in its restaurant premises.

 

The hotel can provide lodging all year around except for the  months of December, January and February, July and August.

 

The following are prices for the Spring season (March, April, May) :

There are few varieties for you to select from :

​

• One week of bed and breakfast in a singular room – 80 euros

• One week of bed and breakfast in a river view room –120 euros

• Two weeks of bed and breakfast in a singular room – 150 euros

• Two weeks of bed and breakfast in a river view room –220 euros

• Three weeks of bed and breakfast in a singular room – 230 euros

• Three weeks of bed and breakfast in a river view room –300 euros

• One month of bed and breakfast in a regular room – 290 euros.

• One month of bed and breakfast in a river view room – 350 euros

• One month of bed and breakfast in large room for 4 persons – 390 euros

(The price covers all expenses from electricity, air-conditioning, fast optic internet, warm water for showering, free laundry services, refrigerator, TV and a private bathroom).The rooms will be provided with sheets and cleaning services regularly.

Also free storage area is available upon request.

​

Important note : if the artists  require lunch or dinner for the whole month will cost them extra 90 euros.

​

Since Art caffe is owned by three artists and also often visited by artists,  we can provide two weekends of tours on local landmarks on voluntary basis.

The offer is not available in the period between July 1st  until September 1st.

More events can be added based on the agreement with local and visiting artists.

• Visit to the touristic village Vevcani and its natural waterfalls

• Visit to the touristic town of Ohrid ( city of UNESCO)

• Visit to the 4 local museums and galleries

• Visit  Sv. Naum monastery near Ohrid and Albanian border

• Bay of the  bones – museum  on weather border

• Circle by the side of the Ohrid lake border
